Pink Rose Cupcakes

Ingredients:

1 cup yogurt
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon rose oil
2 cups sugar
1 ½ cup flour
1 cup almonds
1 cup butter

Rose Icing:

1 teaspoon rose oil
1 cup white chocolate
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter

Preparation:

Start this process by lining your muffin tin with paper liners.

Then preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

When that is done, blend together the wet ingredients in a bowl.

You will want to ensure that they have been blended well.

From here, you are going to want to be sure that all your dry ingredients have been mixed well.

Then take the wet ingredients and blend them into the dry mixture.

Once smooth, you are going to take an ice cream scoop and then place a scoop of this mixture into each of the cupcake papers.

Then you will place the pan into the over for 20 minutes and allow the cupcakes to turn a gold brown. When a toothpick is inserted into them, you should notice it comes out clean.

While this is being done, place your white chocolate into a double boiler and allow it to melt slowly.

When it is melted and creamy, blend in your butter and powdered sugar, then blend this mixture until smooth. At the end, add in your rose oil, avoiding allowing the mixture to get too hot.

Allow the frosting to cool and set, then frost cooled cupcakes. Add on some candy rose and leafs to add some charm to your rose cupcakes.
