Ingredients:
1 packet (350g) fresh cheese tortellini pasta
1 can (142 g) Clover Leaf Flavoured White Tuna - Sundried Tomato in Olive Oil (drained)
½ cup pesto sauce
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
Bring to a boil a pot of salted water. Add the tortellini and let simmer for 3 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss together the Clover Leaf tuna with the pesto sauce and grape tomatoes.
Drain the pasta, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss together with the tuna mixture.
Serve immediately.
