This is another simple , healthy and refreshing smoothie.Not only for the summertime but it can be had as part of a healthy breakfast or a quick afternoon refreshment or part of a lite dinner.
Let's prepare this healthy smoothie----------------
Main Ingredients :

Ripe Banana........................1(diced)
Strawberries........................6(cleaned)
Milk....................................2cups(cold)
Yogurt.................................1cup(cold)
Lowfat-Granola....................1/2cup
Agave Nectar......................1.5tsp
Preparation :
----------------
Place all the above ingredients in the blender and blend well .Pour them into the serving cups and serve immediately.If you like it more cold add ice-cubes while blending.
