1 pkg. (4 oz.) Sargento® Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 cup Sargento® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. half-and-half or light cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
3 lbs. sirloin steak
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine Blue cheese, Ricotta cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, half-and-half, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper in medium mixing bowl. Chill.
2. Preheat grill or broiler. Grill sirloin steak to desired doneness; thinly slice. Serve with Blue cheese sauce.
