Tasty and Healthy Juices on Thursday's: Juice Recipe # 12

Today I am posting a very simple,nutritious and delicious juice recipe.Very easy to make and healthy to drink.Very healthy for the hot summer days , a great coolant for the body and has lots of health benefits( check here).It's none other than the delicious Cantaloupe Juice.

This is how I made it --------------

Juice Recipe # 12 :

We need the following ingredients for making this juice--------

Ripe Cantaloupe....................2cups(peeled,deseeded & cubed)
Very Cold Water...................1cup


Preparation :

This is a new juice that I tried instantly 2 days ago when I was feeling very very weak.I had ripe cantaloupe that was cubed and stored in the fridge.I added 2 cups of cubed cantaloupe and 1 cup of very cold water in a blender and blended it till smooth.The juice was thick in consistency.I drank it immediately and felt instant energy boost.

This yielded 1 large glass of juice.The juice was orange in color.

Note :

1) Ripened cantaloupe has more antioxidants.

2) I did not add any sweetener to this delicious juice.
