Tasty and Healthy Juices on Thursday's: Juice Recipe # 11

It's Thursday and time for another healthy juice recipe.As promised , I am back with one more new and healthy juice recipe that we tried this week.This combination was very delicious and sure is a recipe to have handy for the hot summer days.

Let us see how this healthy juice is made-------------

Juice Recipe # 11

We need the following ingredients for making this juice------

Apples............................4
Grapes............................1bunch
Oranges..........................4
Ginger.............................2inch
Lemon Juice.....................1tsp

Preparation :

Rinse all the fruits and ginger under cold water.Now juice 2 apples followed by ginger followed by grapes bunch followed by 1 apple followed by 4 oranges followed by last apple.Finally add lemon juice and stir the juice well and serve it immediately.

This yielded 1 large glass and 2 small glasses of juice.The juice was yellow in color.

Note :

1) When juicing in a juicer it's always good to juice soft fruit followed by hard-fruits so that this hard fruit helps in squeezing the soft fruit and helps get more juice out of it.

2) When juicing grapes , put the whole bunch into the juicer . Do not remove the grapes from the vine.
